Must reside in the greater Toronto area or within a reasonable driving distance, Travel is throughout North America, including the United States, based on client and business needs.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years’ experience in external client-facing technology transformation consulting., Experience leading and supporting complex technology and transformation initiatives including strategy, systems implementation, operating model transformations, or digital modernization efforts., Proven ability to lead workstreams or small engagements, managing priorities, risks, resources, and cross-functional project teams., Ability to work across business and technology stakeholders to assess needs, define solutions and support the delivery of large-scale transformation programs in a consulting or enterprise environment., Experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving collaborative decision-making, and ensuring data integrity., Experience collaborating across major business functions (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, etc) and working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies., written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership and create compelling MS Office deliverables—especially PowerPoint., Proven contribution to business development, including proposal shaping, identifying opportunities, or securing extensions., Ability to travel as required.
