Support joint venture oversight
Coordinate joint venture activities
Build relationships with partners
Maintain relationships with stakeholders
Lead Board meeting preparation
Facilitate Board meetings
Coordinate with executive stakeholders
Develop materials for Board
Develop briefings for Board
Develop updates for Board
Ensure readiness for Board discussions
Provide governance support
Advise on board processes
Advise on best practices
Act as SME for budget process
Coordinate annual budget process
Shepherd budget process
Ensure clarity in processes
Ensure structure in processes
Ensure execution discipline in processes
Represent Power BU in budgeting
Ensure alignment with financial processes
Partner with internal teams
Partner with Strategic Realization Office
Partner with corporate functions
