You will be responsible for participating in partner meetings for business requirement sessions, early engagement and scoping of initiatives, leading and overseeing multiple initiatives/projects. You will manage stakeholders and business partners supporing decisions on feasibility of initiatives, scope and delivery recommendations. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How you’ll succeed** * **Conducting Process Assessments -** Perform ongoing process reviews to identify issues early on and recommend solutions to business challenges. Stay on top of best practices and industry knowledge to identify process improvements that will create a best-in-class client experience. Assess risk impact on an ongoing basis and provide recommendation on how to mitigate them while supporting all governance processes and controls including but not limited to key controls and audits. * **Collaboration –** Work with internal partners in the development of programs, products, or services by assessing the impact, effectiveness and feasibility of proposed change
