To learn more about CIBC, please visit [CIBC.com](https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **What You 'll Be Doing** The Senior Consultant, Operations Service Governance, will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the governance delivery for Enterprise Patching, Enterprise Security Hardening, and Enterprise Password Configuration. You will be involved in developing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure timely and effective patch deployment, rigorous security hardening of systems, and robust password management practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor compliance, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our technological environment remains secure, resilient, and aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This position may also contribute to remediating internal deficiencies or external deficiencies that fall under the scope of the Operations Service Governance team. Advise project managers, coordinators, and directors on technology functionality and utilization, drawing on your solid understanding of business dynamics. Additionally, you will utilize and advise on Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to support data-driven decision making and enhance reporting capabilities across the organization. Participate in the Technology Governance Council meetings to present compliance reporting using MS. PowerPoint.
