You’ll exercise considerable judgment on complex issues, acting as a thought partner and providing strategic advice and recommendations to support the development and evaluation of channel plans. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll synthesize technology and process planning across various products and lines of business, identifying opportunities to improve high-level requirements for frontline employees. You’ll drive innovation by generating original ideas that help evolve our channels toward digital and mobile solutions, all while being accountable to broadly defined policy objectives. Your work will contribute to advancing CIBC’s presence and influence within the external delivery planning community. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How you 'll succeed** * **Channel Planning & Advisory** – Provide highly specialized advice and guidance to senior management and client groups within physical distribution planning. * **Research & Strategy Development** – Conduct self-directed research and development to create new, emerging business and network distribution strategies. * **Geographic Analysis & Problem Solving** – Apply unique, specialize
