Drive process improvement initiatives
Support development of tools and processes
Manage relationships with business segment
Own customer relations
Oversee project funnel
Align initiatives across service teams
Establish iterative intake and governance process
Identify projects with expense reduction
Advise functional groups on prioritization
Lead projects from inception to benefit realization
Lead cross-functional teams
Deliver results that achieve project targets
Meet project timelines
Monitor and communicate project results
lead and maintain stakeholder relationships
Drive adoption of tools and methods
Act as ambassador of Six Sigma community
