What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years experience in project management or experimentation, Background in technology, product development, or innovation, Background in both business and technology environments, Proven understanding of key digital technologies, Demonstrated understanding of agile delivery methodologies, Demonstrated understanding of product owner/manager practices
Nice to Have
Experience in managing iterative experiments, Experience in pilot programs, Experience in prototype development, Knowledge of user experience principles, Insurance and Financial Services industry knowledge

Act as liaison between technical teams and business

Provide guidance and mentoring to teams
Create and maintain detailed documentation of experiments
Participate in daily scrum meetings
Participate in grooming meetings
Participate in project status meetings
Participate in sprint planning meetings
Participate in sprint review meetings
Drive milestone planning
Manage interdependencies and coordination
Ensure experiments are executed efficiently
Deliver high-quality insights
Drive continuous improvement in experimentation process
Ensure experiments build on previous ones
Deliver actionable insights
Work closely with engineering
Ensure experiments align with organizational goals

Support teams in iterating on features
Incorporate feedback from experiments
