Must Have

4+ years of experience in HR compliance, regulatory reporting, or a related compliance-focused role, Demonstrated experience managing recurring regulatory or agency reporting obligations with strict deadlines, Working knowledge of employment-law-related compliance requirements, including ACA, EEO reporting, and workforce recordkeeping, analytical and auditing skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes and explain compliance requirements to stakeholders, Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn and navigate HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compliance systems, High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and company information

The Senior Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the organization meets ongoing regulatory, reporting, and compliance obligations across multiple federal, state, and local requirements. This role focuses on execution excellence (owning routine and recurring compliance deliverables such as agency reporting, employment-related regulatory filings, and benefits compliance audits) while also supporting policy and procedure development and review. The Senior Compliance Associate serves as a subject matter resource on employment-law-adjacent compliance requirements and partners cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and defensible compliance practices.
