The Global Compliance Reporting Team is responsible for delivering consistent, accurate and timely compliance risk insights to senior leadership and governance bodies across the enterprise. The team consolidates compliance and risk data across regions and business units, translates complex regulatory and risk information into decision-ready reporting, and supports effective oversight of Northern Trust’s compliance program, compliance risk posture, and regulatory commitments. This Sr. Compliance Risk Consultant (2nd Vice President) is a senior-level individual contributor within the Global Compliance Reporting Team. The role supports enterprise-wide compliance oversight through metrics calibration, data consolidation, risk intelligence analysis, and structured management reporting and collaboration across multiple business units. This role will report to the Global Compliance Reporting Compliance Risk Manager. This position requires strong judgment, deep technical expertise in compliance and risk management, and a track record of project management, working with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across organization.
