experience at a global accounting or consulting firm, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Experience with the development of compliance risk assessments using data analysis and AI tools

Marmon is now seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Auditor to join our Corporate Compliance team. The Senior Compliance Auditor will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive compliance and ethics audits of Marmon subsidiary companies, assessing compliance risks, and ensuring adherence to all relevant Marmon Compliance policies and legal requirements including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, as well as import & export regulations and sanctions laws. This position will also prepare detailed reports for management with recommendations for corrective action and improvement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across various departments and subsidiaries will be paramount for success in this role. Reporting to Marmon’s Vice President (Legal) and Chief Compliance Officer, this position will work a hybrid schedule, typically two days/week in Marmon’s corporate office (Loop area of Chicago) and three days/week from home.
