Bachelor's in analytical fields such as finance, accounting, business administration, or economics, 4-6 years of progressive compensation and/or HR partner experience, Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills, Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Experience managing highly complex projects, Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills

Nice to Have

International compensation experience, Exposure to and/or interest in Benefits projects

What You'll Do.

Serve as Compensation Partner for a business line

Advise on compensation-related topics

Own and lead major compensation programs

and communicate global compensation programs

Conduct job evaluations and job leveling

Provide salary recommendations

Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition

Guide leaders with compensation storytelling

Lead or support key annual processes

Use AI and automation tools

Contribute to job architecture development

Analyze effectiveness of existing programs

Model alternative scenarios

Manage compliance with pay regulations

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner across HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership; Collaborate with business line HR Leader; Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition; Guide leaders with clear compensation storytelling; Partnering with HRIS, Payroll, and Stock teams
