***Please note, this is a fixed-term contract until 30-Apr-2027 to cover a maternity leave. Community Operations' mission is to earn the trust of the community by amplifying their voice, transforming it into actionable insights, and building solutions that empower Amazonians to innovate on behalf of our customers. As a Sr. Community Manager, you will lead and contribute to complex cross-functional projects that drive Amazon's community impact and operational excellence across your assigned geography. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship-building skills and mastery in influencing without direct authority. You'll own solution deployment across diverse teams with competing priorities at director and VP levels. You will strategically partner with multiple stakeholders to assess root causes, build consensus, and recommend the right action plans that align business and community needs. Your expertise in navigating complex organizational dynamics, crafting compelling data-driven narratives, and mobilizing resources through strategic influence will be essential. Advanced problem-solving, executive-level stakeholder management, and bar-raising project management are fundamental to this senior role.
