About the role: Samsara is seeking a Production Designer to power the execution engine behind our Growth Marketing campaigns. This role sits within the Brand Design team and focuses on producing high-quality, on-brand creative assets at volume—spanning ABM campaigns, paid social, and digital display—that fuel pipeline and drive measurable business results. This role will translate well-defined creative direction into polished, platform-ready assets with speed, precision, and consistency. You'll be the operational backbone of our paid media creative, building and maintaining scalable templates, producing animated and static ad variants, and managing a high-volume queue across simultaneous campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives under production pressure, takes pride in pixel-perfect execution, and understands how creative decisions directly affect performance outcomes.
