Supports the development of the master brief
Ensuring timely execution of communication sub-briefing activities based on the Campaign Manager’s strategy and plan
Develop and refine communication frameworks that align with the attendee value proposition
and campaign objectives.
Create messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences and key persona segments
ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Embed industry trends within the portfolio and collaborate with stakeholders within the team to increase relevance and engagement across communication channels.
Develop creative briefs that outline messaging
and audience insights for creative teams.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visuals align with messaging frameworks and campaign objectives.
Act as the bridge between messaging strategy and creative execution
ensuring all assets reflect the intended communication goals.
Manage the campaign calendar
ensuring all communication activities align with the Campaign Manager’s strategy and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of messaging and creative assets for campaigns.
Foster agile workflows by embedding iterative collaboration and adaptability into communication planning.
Use real-time performance data to refine messaging frameworks and creative briefs as needed.
Establish and monitor messaging KPIs
including engagement rates
and audience sentiment metrics.
Use insights from marketing analytics to refine communication frameworks and pivot strategies to maximize impact.
