5+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience, supporting large Health Systems or complex enterprise customers, complex reconciliations, high-dollar account analysis, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel

Manage accounts receivable portfolios

Serve as point of contact

Perform complex reconciliations

Analyze account discrepancies

Proactively follow up on outstanding balances

Prepare account status updates

Identify process improvement opportunities

Ensure compliance with policies

Support month-end close

Lead monthly calls with stakeholders; collaborate on best practices; collaboration with customers, sales, billing, and internal finance teams
