Must Have

Significant experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related technical disciplines. background designing, operating, and scaling complex cloud platforms serving large user bases. Hands-on application development experience using Node. js and modern JavaScript or TypeScript technologies. Solid expertise in CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and software delivery processes. Experience implementing observability, monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization solutions. Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies. Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, security principles, and platform engineering concepts. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges across infrastructure and application layers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Growth-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

Experience in startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environments is highly desirable. Previous technical leadership, mentoring, or tech lead experience is considered a plus. Azure expertise and additional experience with large-scale cloud operations are advantageous.

## Accountabilities Design, build, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure to support high availability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency. Develop and improve infrastructure solutions that enable the platform to scale effectively as user demand grows. Implement and enhance automation, monitoring, observability, and alerting systems to improve reliability and reduce operational overhead. Strengthen security, performance, and resilience across infrastructure and application environments. Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response, troubleshooting, and system health management. Own and improve reliability initiatives, including performance optimization, technical debt reduction, critical issue resolution, and operational excellence projects. Develop and maintain application components and infrastructure tooling using modern programming languages and cloud-native technologies. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, support, customer success, and commercial teams on cross-functional projects and platform initiatives.
