What You'll Do.
Serve as a primary service contact for assigned clients
Manage client requests
and proactive communication
Support sensitive client events in partnership with advisors
Organize and maintain client financial documentation and data
Assist in preparation of financial plans
Coordinate with planning
Coordinate new client onboarding and account setup
Process transactions including deposits
Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
Create advisor capacity through preparation and follow-through
Support review completion
and growth initiatives
Participate in workflow and process improvement

This role is intentionally designed as a developmental career path toward a Relationship Manager position. Role Purpose This role exists to protect and grow the Advisor Team P&L by delivering exceptional client experience, enabling advisor capacity, and supporting financial planning and review processes. Success is measured by revenue growth, client retention, and client advocacy.
