What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years’ experience in financial services or related industry, 2+ years’ client-facing/customer service experience, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required, Ability to work with deadlines, be flexible under pressure, prioritize work, attention to detail, Good problem-solving skills, Superior verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or related field, Familiarity with Salesforce preferred, Experience with Schwab, Fidelity, and/or Raymond James platforms preferred
What You'll Do.
Ensures accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork/setup
Follows up on funds transfer from surrendering company
Maintains Salesforce database
Researches and follows up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer
Wealth Enhancement Group Operations
Records incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool
Dialogues with clients to understand their personal history and current financial needs
Prepares account transactions
Communicates to understand client requests
determines what needs to be communicates to the advisor or handles issue resolution
including death claim processing
May work with client’s tax or legal counsel on client concerns
Gathers client data and may prepare the materials for client meetings and reviews
Conducts tax research (1099s)
Completes any follow-up needs for clients
Demonstrates knowledge and can accurately execute against WEG’s Suitability Guidelines
operational processes
Understands financial terminology and products
Has working proficiency with annuities
separately managed accounts

and charitable giving practices
Attends Client Services and company educational events

This role serves as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation. This role is a critical position within our office, responsible for driving the team culture by delivering exceptional service and support to clients, external partners, and internal advisors. This individual should bring a foundation of basic financial knowledge, have keen attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. This is an **on-site** position. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position: **$60,000.00 to $70,000.00** , exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
