What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising, existing relationships with decision-makers in the local market — especially within Big6 agencies and key advertisers, Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, mobile advertising, and preferably, experience with self-serve, auction, and biddable ad buying platforms, Proven track record of scaling agency and direct advertiser investments, Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — with a talent for storytelling and public speaking, Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies, Energetic, creative, and goal-oriented mindset with a preference for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach, Fluency in English
