Must Have
3–5 years of experience in insurance account management, Proven ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships, understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms, Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems, Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required, Detail-oriented with time management skills and the ability to work independently
