Must Have
3–5 years of experience in insurance account management, Proven ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships, understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms, Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems, Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required, Detail-oriented with time management skills and the ability to work independently

Lead the renewal and remarketing process
coordinating with carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing.
Provide consultative guidance to clients on coverage gaps
and strategic insurance decisions.
Oversee onboarding of new accounts
including collection and analysis of underwriting data.
Troubleshoot complex client issues
working with underwriters and internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.

Utilize AMS360 to maintain comprehensive
accurate client records and document all servicing activities.
Mentor or support more junior account team members as needed.
Stay informed on industry trends
and regulatory changes impacting clients.
