What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in FMLA or unpaid leave claims management, 3+ years of experience in Short Term disability or paid leave claims management, decision making and critical thinking skills, Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, written and oral communication capabilities, Proven critical thinking and problem solving, High attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

Mentor and supports claims analyst/specialist
Lead claim Roundtable and document action plans

Participate in team-based problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage assigned work queues within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed

You will also be relied on as a mentor and support claim analysts/specialist.
