Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Knowledge of building codes, 10+ years site civil engineering experience, Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE), Expert-level proficiency in mass grading, Expert-level proficiency in drainage design, Expert-level proficiency in earthwork balancing, Significant experience managing site entitlement processes, Significant experience managing permitting, Significant experience coordination with AHJ, Proven ability to research innovative methods, Proven ability to implement innovative methods

As a subject matter expert, you will have a direct impact on the design of prototypical Data Center sites, provide technical design guidance and vendor oversight, solve large-scale implementation issues, and build a strong understanding of data center campus site design and program requirements.
