Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Knowledge of building codes, 10+ years site civil engineering experience, Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE), Expert-level proficiency in mass grading, Expert-level proficiency in drainage design, Expert-level proficiency in earthwork balancing, Significant experience managing site entitlement processes, Significant experience managing permitting, Significant experience coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), Proven ability to research innovative design methods, Proven ability to implement innovative design methods, Proven ability to reduce project costs, Proven ability to accelerate schedules

As a Data Center Sr. Civil Engineer at AWS, you will lead Civil Engineering designs for Amazon Data Centers. As a subject matter expert, you will have a direct impact on the design of prototypical Data Center sites, provide technical design guidance and vendor oversight, solve large-scale implementation issues, and build a strong understanding of data center campus site design and program requirements.
