What You'll Do.
Manage volume and workflow
Manage workflow of order
Manage customer experience
Minimize fulfillment cost
Communicate workflow status
Escalate Customer Experience risk
Escalate SLA failure risk
Escalate deviation from Standard Work
Act as advisor to FC operations
Act as advisor to senior operations team
Facilitate communication between multiple areas
Provide operational insights to AFT team
Work with AFT team to develop automated flow
Manage flow settings for multiple process paths
Understand boundary of responsibilities
Execute outbound flow operations
Communicate Customer Experience risks
Communicate performance opportunities
Adjust as variables change
