Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, Experience with Excel
Nice to Have
1+ years of customer-facing environment experience, 1+ years of warehousing experience, 1+ years of logistics experience, 1+ years of manufacturing experience
What You'll Do.
Manage workflow of order across multiple processes
Manage customer experience
minimizing fulfillment cost
Communicate workflow status with Operations Managers
Communicate workflow status with Area Managers
Escalate Customer Experience risk
Escalate SLA failure risk
Escalate deviation from Standard Work
Advise FC operations based on holistic view
Advise senior operations team based on holistic view
Facilitate communication between multiple areas
Provide operational insights to AFT team
Work with AFT team to develop automated flow
Manage flow settings for multiple process paths
Understand boundary of responsibilities
Execute outbound flow operations
Communicate Customer Experience risks to FC operations
Communicate performance opportunities to FC operations
Execute shift plans based on FC operational requirements
Adjust shift plans as variables change
