Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The Leo team is looking for a Senior Category Sourcing Manager to support business and engineering stakeholders in selecting, developing and managing business relationships with critical technology and service suppliers, and others as needed to execute on Leo objectives. Key job responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing highly strategic suppliers. This individual will be responsible managing dispenser and release mechanism providers, executing global sourcing and supplier engagement strategies, negotiating long-term commercial agreements and statements of work, and driving supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and technical execution. Success in this role requires the ability to operate effectively in a highly visible, fast-paced environment with significant executive exposure, international supplier engagement, and periodic domestic and overseas travel. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, quality, operations, manufacturing, and program leadership, while solving complex challenges in ambiguous environments, will be highly valued.
