In this role, you will design capacity strategies and lead programmatic workforce optimization across a global operations network. You will own the frameworks that determine how headcount is allocated, reallocated, scheduled, and planned — ensuring our workforce investment is continuously optimized to meet evolving business needs across multiple programs, sites, and geographies.
