Must Have
Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certification, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients, Proficient in Acxiom platforms and internet technologies, with a desire to enhance technical knowledge, Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks, Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail, An understanding and interest in the practical application of email and digital marketing, Experience with HTML and basic coding skills, Sound knowledge of productivity tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as collaboration and project management tools, Sound knowledge of database structure and management practices, Great team player, know when to lead and when to follow, Flexibility for multitasking on many occasions

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of marketing campaigns across email, digital, and direct mail channels. The Campaign Manager liaises with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. They work with external partners to support execution and ensure the timely delivery of all campaign components. The Digital Campaign Manager must think strategically—beyond task execution—to drive meaningful results. Responsibilities include establishing campaign plans, assigning ownership, coordinating tasks, conducting quality control, and resolving issues related to timing, quality, and performance. The Digital Campaign Manager also partners closely with data segmentation and measurement teams to support full cycle campaign management. **What you will do:** The Digital Campaign Manager oversees Acxiom’s campaign delivery, owning the end-to-end process.
