Must Have
minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing and planning roles, Strong ERP expertise, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, Proven ability to lead training and coaching on planning methods, lean tools, and DBS methodologies, Experience managing product lifecycle transitions, including phase-in/phase-out and new product introductions, Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities, escalations, and cross-functional projects under pressure
