Must Have
5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, A bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Procurement, Sourcing, Administration or related field or sufficient experience, Excellent oral and written communication skills with interpersonal and presentation skills, Computer skills (Microsoft office- Word, Excel, ERP Systems), Understanding of general procurement challenges and solutions, Proven ability to work and align with internal stakeholders such as IT, Security, compliance, etc, Comfortable using any kind of Software, ERP on daily basis, communication skills, comfortable with the IT terminology
Nice to Have
Familiarity working with IT ServiceDesk Platforms, Knowledge of different types of IT Hardware, Basic Accounting knowledge- processing invoices etc.
What You'll Do.

Providing integration and support for the procurement system that the department is using
work with tickets to provide hardware or software
Maintain the whole Purchase order cycle
Data entry and keep all the records updated in the system
