Must Have

5-8 years relevant experience, SDLC / Agile methodology experience, Experience with managing and working with SaaS applications, Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively, Team focused with a collaborative mindset - ability to work cross-functionally and build internal partnerships, Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities all while still maintaining a high degree of partner satisfaction ("white glove service") and timely execution

Nice to Have

Business/Technology focused degree, Understanding of AI Infrastructure is an asset

What You'll Do.

Support technology initiatives and onboardings for industry best technology solutions

Manage changes to existing technology applications within the CIB Technology portfolio

Define & document requirements

Perform data/system/impact analysis

Develop test plans and execute and/or support User Acceptance Testing

Research and analyze current state system capabilities

Define technology solutions options and recommendations

Keep management informed of projects progress and potential risks

Spearhead process change efforts

Detail current state and desired state end-to-end processes

Assess impact to existing work processes and systems

Pinpoint how to manage integrations

Support the development of business cases

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration
