What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-8 years relevant experience, SDLC / Agile methodology experience, Experience with managing and working with SaaS applications, Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders., Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively., Team focused with a collaborative mindset - ability to work cross-functionally and build internal partnerships., Knowledge and understanding of investment banking, technology trends, industry best practices, and the intersection between finance and technology., Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities all while still maintaining a high degree of partner satisfaction ("white glove service") and timely execution
Nice to Have
Undergraduate degree or technical certificate. Business/Technology focused preferred., Understanding of AI Infrastructure is an asset
What You'll Do.
Support Banker Experience function
Deliver technology solutions for Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)
Lead onboardings of new technology
Manage/support ongoing changes to existing technology
Support strategic initiatives
Propose technical systems to accomplish business requirements
Build relationships with business partners and stakeholders
Assess client needs and recommend solutions
Offer operational and process-related analysis
Lead and support technology initiatives and onboardings
Manage changes to existing technology applications
Define & document requirements
Perform data/system/impact analysis
Develop test plans and execute/support User Acceptance Testing
Research and analyze current state system capabilities with technology partners
Define technology solutions options and recommendations
Keep management informed of project progress and risks
Spearhead process change efforts
Determine solutions with stakeholders
Assess impact to existing work processes and systems
Pinpoint how to manage integrations
Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area
Keep current with leading-edge technologies trends/developments
Develop expertise in TD services
analytical tools and techniques
Continuously enhance knowledge of business domains and their products/services
Support the development of business cases
Support RFI/RFP processes
Support service level agreements with vendors/suppliers
