The Role: We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Engineer to join our global Business Operations team, based in Sweden and the US. This is a Salesforce-heavy role, but it goes beyond CRM development. You will be a technical partner to our Go to Market (GTM) teams (Sales, Marketing, Revops, etc.), translating their needs into reliable, scalable solutions across our full stack: Salesforce, NetSuite, and the integrations that connect them. You will work closely with stakeholders in GTM teams, picking up rough ideas and turning them into production-ready solutions. This means you need to be as comfortable in a whiteboard conversation as you are in a code editor. A genuine interest in how GTM organizations operate in our business is as important here as technical depth. We build with the best tool for the job.
