What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software, Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent, Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Nice to Have
5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience, Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
What You'll Do.
Support end-to-end execution of key strategic programs
Maintain program plans
and milestone tracking
Build and manage workflows in Asana
Identify risks and support mitigation planning
Coordinate across Business Operations and central teams
Act as a point of contact for assigned
Respond to stakeholder inquiries
Provide regular updates
Support preparation of executive reporting and presentations
Summarize program status and key insights
Facilitate working sessions and coordination meetings
Build relationships with regional and global stakeholders
Assist with change management and adoption of new
Analyze program and business performance data
and improvement opportunities
Support development of recurring reports and dashboards
Translate data into clear
Ensure data accuracy through validation
Contribute to the design and improvement of processes
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows
Document best practices
Support development of scalable
repeatable mechanisms
Assist in roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Support knowledge sharing and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment and information flow
Contribute to internal team meetings
Assist in developing materials that support team enablement
