Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions, 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience, Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, Building processes and coordinating release schedules, 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience, Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives

Nice to Have

Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations, Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting, Experience designing, implementing, and scaling workforce development programs, Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, PMP certificate

What You'll Do.

Lead implementation of functional programs

Drive functional teams to determine best practices

Ensure best practices are shared

Author narratives to define and execute organizational strategy

Create and deploy mechanisms to improve efficiency

Take leadership role for critical projects

Build sales dashboards and scorecards

Identify recurring defects or processes needing documentation

Practice new policies and programs

Evolve current policies and programs

Ensure effective and regulated use of policies

Identify ways to measure and audit policy implementation

Facilitate senior leadership decisions

Ensure follow-up management on action items

Draw management focus to key bottlenecks

Identify potential solutions

Lead implementation of solutions

Ensure time is focused on highest value activities

Pre-read and summarize major business write-ups

Attend meetings as a proxy

Build and manage agendas for leadership team

Manage follow-ups to management's requests

Discover root causes and lead fixes

Provide independent perspective

Act as sounding board for ideas

Offer feedback on internal issues

Create content for periodical update emails

Create content for all-hands meetings

Create content for internal presentations
