The Senior Manager, Business Strategy Analysis will drive a competitive, network-oriented product and capability roadmap for our distinct card schemes, supporting PULSE and Discover Network. This role will support planning activities to develop new products, capabilities, and platforms according to product development lifecycle principles. This role will help influence the holistic, cross-functional roadmap for the credit, debit and prepaid offerings to network clients, including issuers, acquirers, merchants, and digital enablers. The Senior Manager will collaborate with the network functions, including relationship managers, operational account executives, and product delivery teams to develop centralized voice of customer processes, and prioritize demand based on business rationale.
