## Accountabilities Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with national and regional banking institutions across the U.S., driving new business growth in the bank channel. Own the full partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, discovery, solution design, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing relationship management. Develop compelling partner value propositions and executive-level pitches that position embedded retirement solutions as a core banking offering. Navigate complex, matrixed financial institutions and align internal and external stakeholders toward shared commercial outcomes. Build and maintain a structured partner pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined opportunity management. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to support integrations, enhancements, and technical solution alignment. Conduct competitive and market analysis to position offerings effectively within the banking and embedded finance ecosystem. Monitor regulatory, competitive, and technological trends impacting banking, fintech, and embedded financial services. Proactively manage partner relationships, resolving conflicts and ensuring long-term value creation and expansion opportunities. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development within fintech, financial services, or SaaS. Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in banking or highly regulated industries. Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem, embedded finance, 401(k) or retirement products, and API-driven financial solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives within large financial institutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills with strong business storytelling ability.
