Full Job Description
## **Job Purpose** : Senior BDM will be responsible for achieving a Gross Profit Target for a particular product(s) and vendor(s) or area of expertise in sub region. Senior BDM, is product and or vendor sales specialist working with greater team to identify and develop revenue opportunities, and drive partner recruitment and enablement in consultation with vendor(s) Account Managers. Senior BDM also owns and manages sales forecast by revenue margin for respective product or customer set. ## **Responsibilities** : * New business development * Recruit new partners for assigned vendor and business unit to broaden own customer base and offer more to existing customers. * Drive and review opportunity pipeline with Account Managers * Leverage specialist knowledge of vendor and technology offerings and marketplace to identify opportunities to increase market share. * Manage the follow-up of all leads created from marketing and sales activities as well as leads received from the vendor. * Results to be reported to the company's management, marketing and the Vendor where required. Customer relationship * Take ownership of large and complex accounts at the national level and maintain close relationship with key customers in enterprise value added resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), cloud service providers or data centers. * Work with Account Managers to deliver solution proposals to our customers, across multiple vendors. * Develop existing accounts to maximize their return. * Enable the company's Account Managers to identify opportunities within their account, deliver an elevator pitch to their accounts and understand the basic benefits and competitive advantages of business offerings and partner programs. * Sales Strategy Development * Develop sales strategies required to achieve the defined sales targets for the BU. * Support sales process in all activities including marketing, advertising, sales promotion and training in order to achieve growth revenue tar
