Sr. Business Analyst - People Strategy & Analytics As a Senior Business Analyst within the People Strategy and Analytics team, you will be a key architect of Capital One’s future talent landscape. Working at the intersection of data and strategy, you will partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to define our destination workforce. You won’t just build the plan—you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to bring it to life, monitoring our collective progress and leveraging advanced analytics to influence the trajectory of our business strategy. As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.
