Job Type: On-site Salary Type: Salary Req #: 2502 About the Role Uber Freight Mexico is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst – Operations I for its Shared Services team. The main objective of the role is to drive the growth of Uber Freight by focusing on supporting cross-functional initiatives and optimizing BPO Operations (Inbound Support, Scheduling, Tracking, etc.). This requires leveraging a strong combination of analytical and operational skills to break down complex challenges and develop deep technical and functional expertise. The Analyst will be responsible for leading and shaping the strategy to balance costs and service levels. This involves diving deep into both data analysis and operational interaction with customers, internal stakeholders, and front-line operators to generate new strategic insights. The role spans from driving workforce management decisions to establishing performance standards for large teams and creating automations that empower the operation What the Candidate Will Do Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as the main link between teams, ensuring collaboration to improve service quality while controlling costs in external support operations (BPO).
