Hands-on knowledge of Cisco switches, Wi-Fi access points, Palo Alto firewalls, and Panduit cabling technologies, Experience in running RFP processes and selecting optimal solution providers, skills in translating business needs into technical solutions, Demonstrated project management abilities, including end-to-end delivery and business change management, Practical knowledge of tools and techniques supporting planning, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of systems and services
What You'll Do.

Lead requirements gathering and collaborate closely with business users to identify needs and define solutions
Facilitate the definition of project scope
Coordinate end-to-end project delivery
including site decommissioning
and greenfield site build-outs
Partner with Infrastructure Engineers to develop and review network designs and documentation
Conduct policy audits and ensure compliance with SBD standards across all sites
Work with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Prepare and deliver clear documentation and training materials to support business and IT teams
Liaise with third-party vendors to implement standardized IT infrastructure solutions
Serve as a central point of coordination for IT Infrastructure projects
