The Sr Business Analyst will serve as the key analytical partner supporting data-driven decision-making across Operations, Finance, Customer Care and Risk Management. This role focuses on transforming data from multiple enterprise systems into actionable insights that enhance billing accuracy, AR health, credit-risk monitoring, renewal retention, and fraud mitigation.
