What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ Years of live production engineering experience, 3+ Years television maintenance experience, understanding of SMPTE 2110 Standards, Experience in design and implementation of broadcast facility technology
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Intercom Systems used in production envoriments, Understanding of Evertz Routing Systems and Magnum Control, CCNA Certification or Networking background, Cloud Technologies
What You'll Do.
Serve as Senior Engineer for Broadcast IT
Provide guidance to team members
Handle incident response
Manage service requests
Diagnose systemic problems
Schedule preventative maintenance
Support studios and production control rooms
Manage record and playout servers
Support augmented and virtual reality systems
Support remote production (REMI)
Support artificial intelligence
Support cloud technologies
Ensure technical success of live events
Act as Engineer-in-Charge for productions
Provide tier 2 support
Coach and mentor entry-level staff
Document equipment inventory
Satisfy partner needs and requests
Ensure technical and operational readiness
Provide daily reporting
Execute development of new systems
Implement new systems
Create and maintain documentation
Coordinate system repair or upgrade

Provide guidance to team members; Effectively communicate department directives to staff; Clearly communicate amongst team and production staff; Work closely with our partners; Serve as liaison between Engineering Leads, staff and customers; Cultivate cooperative relationships between customers and Engineering staff
