Full Job Description

Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. About the Role We’re building out our first BDR team in The Netherlands to generate leads and fill the top of our sales funnel as we launch the go-to-market function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function in a hyper-growth environment and work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and impact. This role will support both inbound and outbound sales motions — engaging with dental practices who express interest in Dandy while also proactively generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting. Please note this role is based in-office, in either Amsterdam or London. Fluency in both English and Dutch is required. What You’ll Do - Be the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects. - Generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics. - Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, and continuously improve your processes. - Pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel. - Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs. - Contribute ideas to build the BDR function in this new market from scratch — your feedback will shape our processes, tools, and strategy.
