What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of Internal Audit or related experience, Bachelor's degree in a related or equivalent experience, Bachelor's degree in a related or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
Experience in internal audit within a bank, broker-dealer, or financial services company, Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, CAMS, or CRCM, Experience using data analytics or AI tools to support audit testing or insights, Familiarity with regulatory expectations and control frameworks in financial services
