**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ## Key Responsibilities: * ## Lead Contract Manufacturer on Supply assurance and Material On Time delivery. * ## Collaborate with cross functional teams, procurement partners, and suppliers on global supply fulfillment and inventory management strategies. * ## Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery and stocking strategies are met. * ## Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory management and reduce costs. * ## Develop and implement robust processes and systems to ensure efficient operations * ## Lead Capacity and Lead Time Management for Key commodities * ## Lead Site Supplier Performance and Relationships * ## Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts * ## Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs * ## Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory management and reduce costs. Participate in Productivity Project * ## Develop and implement robust processes and systems to ensure efficient operations to better business outcomes * ## Support site audits if any ## ## Demonstrate Lead Role Specific Skills: * ## Ability to execute with excellence and a sense of urgency and ownership * ## Ability to embrace new ideas and ways of working and inspire others to do the same * ## Ability to role model Micron values in People, Collaboration, Tenacity, Innovation, customer focus ## ## Requirements: * ## Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Purchasing or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered. * ## Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles * ## Proven experience in supply management or related field * ## Proven track record in optimizing
