What You'll Do.
and execute syndicated loan transactions
Prepare client presentations
Structure transactions
Share market intelligence
Identify and maintain relationships with financial institutions
Ensure smooth distribution of transactions
Follow loan market dynamics
Translate market dynamics into market updates
Manage and assist in execution and financial closing
Manage the mandate and long-form documentation
Prepare and contribute to Loan Syndicate advices
Support primary sale of syndicated loans
Conduct loan market analysis
Provide opinion on credit structures
Provide opinion on bank appetite
Provide opinion on sell-down strategy
Provide opinion on pricing
Initiate and shape innovations
Conduct data analysis

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with an international team of stakeholders; Work with colleagues from CMA, sector coverage, lending, credit, legal and agency; Work with Loan Sales colleagues; Work within the team in Amsterdam; Work with experienced and supportive team members; Work in an assertive and diplomatic style towards contacts; Act as a point of learning for interns and Analysts; Monitor quality and accuracy of work from interns and Analysts; Work as part of a team
