What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree / Bachelor's degree, 5 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce development, hands-on experience in Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, configuration, customization, and platform automation capabilities, Proven experience in designing and developing scalable Salesforce applications with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security model, and development best practices, Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware solutions, and external system integrations, Experience in Salesforce data migration, data loading, and data management activities using tools such as Data Loader and other ETL/integration utilities, Good understanding of Salesforce deployment processes, DevOps practices, source control management, and CI/CD methodologies, Experience using AI-enabled development tools and productivity solutions to improve software delivery efficiency and accelerate development activities, analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently on complex development assignments, Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment, team player with a proactive mindset, learning attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

exposure to MuleSoft development and enterprise integration patterns, Experience working with AI-driven platforms, Agentforce capabilities, and emerging Salesforce AI technologies, Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and enterprise application lifecycle management practices, Salesforce Platform Developer and II certifications, Additional Salesforce certifications related to App Builder, Integration, JavaScript Developer, or Architect tracks, Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and multi-org environments
