Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience, Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English, 2 Years of Relevant Experience
Nice to Have
Medical Device Manufacturing Experience, ERP/MRP Systems SAP proficiency strongly preferred, Global Supply Chain Knowledge, Understanding of production planning, capacity planning, and manufacturing workflows, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What You'll Do.
Maintain material schedules to support production control
Address material shortages
Execute supply chain strategies
Apply knowledge of supplier processes and production rates
Ensure smooth material flow and delivery
Maintain schedules for material requirements and availability
Compile records of material quantity
Support the flow of materials
Determine and address possible and actual material shortages
Estimate and log production rates and time expenditures
Handle direct material buying
Monitor production to ensure promised delivery dates are met
Review master production schedule to identify shortages
Generate progress reports on schedule status
Keep records of completed orders
Take action to expedite materials as needed
Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain documentation
Ensure quality control
Meet individual job requirements
Contribute to organizational compliance
